Enterprise-wide harmonisation of Safety Management Systems across three operating companies — consolidation of ~350 procedures into a single governed control system, unified governance and management of change, digital-first execution, and a phased maturity uplift against an internationally validated model, aligned to Class review and full Document of Compliance audit milestones.
Modernisation of the operator's Safety Management System — 149 procedures rebuilt against the applicable regulatory corpus, with human-performance controls embedded and a digital assurance architecture ready for AI-supported audit. Safety Management System gap review and gap analysis across six business lines and multiple vessel classes, in response to federal regulator recommendations — Bow-Tie effectiveness analysis of ~30 applicable recommendations, cross-fleet applicability and impact mapping, and a costed implementation plan for remediation and system-wide maturity uplift.
Design and delivery of a Product Safety Management System across two armoured vehicle product lines — safety management manual, product safety plans, procedural toolset, assurance and audit programme, digital business system, and training packages for engineering practitioners and management.
